If you want a person, use Talk to a person. Your request has been sent to our team. It may take up to 24 hours to get a response.
The request includes your note, the page you were on, and the chat. The owner sees it, can reply, and you see the reply in Help and in your alerts.
Statuses are open, answered, and closed.
