Add the item to your cart, then check out. Enter your name and address. You'll see shipping prices before you pay.
When card payments are turned on, you can pay with a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
After you buy: the seller ships within 5 business days, you get tracking email, and you can review the item after delivery.
If payments are not set up yet, checkout says so and does not charge you.
